Returns and exchanges of fabric orders by the meter, curtains, blinds, roller blinds and upholstered furniture are not accepted. These products are considered custom-made products, due to their nature, they have been produced following the buyer's instructions and cannot be returned.
The rest of the items for sale in our online store (cushions, blankets, bedding and wallpaper), can be returned in their original packaging within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order.
Cushions: please note that the cushion filling is sent to you vacuum packed. If you open it, you cannot reuse the original packaging.
Wallpaper: Open wallpaper rolls will not be accepted, they must be returned in their original packaging.
