The textile decoration products of KA International online shop are produced following our customer’s instructions, upon their requests and orders.

Returns and exchanges of the following products made upon an order are not allowed: fabrics cut lengths, curtains, roman blinds, roller blinds, lamp shades, upholstered furniture, bedspreads and bed throws.

We use the wide range of our fabrics in stock to tailor finished textile products in standard sizes that are sold in our online shop.

Why these sizes? The width of most KA International fabrics is 140 or 280 cm. Our ready made products’ sizes are chosen to optimize the use of the fabrics taking into account their width. This way not only can we offer very attractive prices, but also take care of the environment by reducing fabric waste.

To return an item, please send us an email at atencion.cliente@ka-international.com specifying your order number and the product that you want to return. From that moment we will start processing your return:

Enclose a note with your full name and the order number in the parcel.

Once the parcel is received and the returned items are examined, KA INTERNATIONAL will pay the refund within 14 calendar days. The refund will include the following amounts:

If you return all items of your order: the amount of your order and shipping costs, except return costs.

If you return some of the items of your order: the amount of the returned items.

Returns and exchanges of fabric cut lengths, curtains, roman or roller blinds, lampshades, upholstered furniture, bedspreads or bed throws are not allowed. These products are made upon request and are considered bespoke products that cannot be returned or exchanged. We recommend using our samples service to check the quality and the design of a fabric before buying one of these products.

Hygienic masks: Since hygienic masks are healthcare products of personal use, their returns or exchanges are not allowed.

The rest of the products of our online shop (cushions, sofa throws, bedding, table and floor lamps, home decor products and wallpapers), can be returned in their original packaging within 14 calendar days of the order delivery.

Cushions: Cushions paddings are sent vacuum-packed. Once open, it is impossible to re-use the original packaging.

Wallpapers: Wallpapers must be returned in their original packaging. Returns of open wallpaper rolls are not allowed.

Returns of products from Outlet or Clearance sections are not allowed.

You can return your order or a part of it within 14 calendar days of receiving it.

Most of our products are made upon request and cannot be exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing fault.

To exchange or return your order, please contact us on email atencion.cliente@ka-international.com and we will help you to arrange your exchange or return.

If you purchased a product at ka-international.com, the return can be only arranged by sending an email to our Customer Service at atencion.cliente@ka-international.com.

The refunds are paid within the statutory period of 14 days from the date on which you notified us of the product return. If you have not received the refund yet, please contact on atencion.cliente@ka-international.com to check the refund status.

In the rare case of receiving a defective product, please contact us on atencion.cliente@ka-international.com and we will provide a solution as soon as possible.

We will examine the product and if we deem it to be defective, we will exchange it or provide a full refund, at your choice.
