You have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to return and exchange your order. Returns of products from the Outlet or Market section or Limited Editions are not accepted, open wallpaper rolls must be returned in their original packaging, fabric cuts or personalized products that have been made or upholstered under the customer's conditions and orders.
Personalized products: personalized products are understood to be those that are made exclusively after the customer has placed the order. All the products that on the ka-international.com website have a drop-down menu are manufactured specifically to order for each client so that the client can choose what they want the product to be, choosing from a “drop-down” the materials, fabrics, measurements, colors or accessories. Products customized to customer specifications require specific fabric cuts to make or upholster the product and cannot be used for another customer. It is for this reason that they cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned for any reason.
It is important that you inform us of the return through our e-mail atencion.cliente@ka-international.com, before sending the order. Please do not send the product until you receive a confirmation email, indicating how to manage the return.
Once the condition of the product is received and checked, the amount will be refunded within 14 days depending on the bank, in the same payment method as the original order. Shipping costs are not refunded, they are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are going to proceed with a return, please make sure that the product arrives in perfect condition. In the event that the product arrives at our facilities damaged (dirty, broken, torn, etc.), the return will not be accepted. The management and cost of this return are always the responsibility of the customer.
