Can I modify, change or cancel my order before I receive it?
<p>To make changes or cancellations you must notify atencion.cliente@ka-internatioinal.com within a maximum period of 24 hours after placing the order.</p>
<p>If the order has not been processed, we can consider this change or cancellation. Otherwise, if the order has been validated, our workshop has already received the order to make. In this case it could not be canceled or modified.</p>
