What do I do if my product arrives faulty?

At KA International we strive to ensure that all our products arrive in perfect condition at their destination. To this end, all our orders are reviewed before shipping and packaged with the utmost care and protection.

However, in the event that your order arrives defective, broken or with any incident, we ask that you check it carefully at the time of delivery by the carrier. If you notice any damage, you must indicate it on the carrier's delivery note so that our insurance can take care of the damage and we can replace it with another one at no cost to you.

It is very important that if you detect any damage you notify it on the carrier's delivery note, since if you do not do so it is understood that you are in accordance with what has been delivered and we cannot prove that the damage has been caused during transport or has been a manufacturing defect since the insurance will not be responsible for the damage.
