What can I do if my product arrives damaged or defective?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please send us an email to atencion.cliente@ka-international.com as soon as possible.
Remember DO NOT sign the delivery note if you have not inspected the merchandise. Please note that all merchandise must be inspected upon receipt. You must remove the packaging and check that the product is in perfect condition before signing the delivery note. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT that if there is any incident, the damage is written on the carrier's delivery note, since, if not, the transport insurance contracted by KA International will not be responsible for it and, therefore, the KA International brand will not be covered. will have no responsibility for the incident.
Once you have written the damage on the carrier's delivery note, take a photo and send it to atencion.cliente@ka-international.com, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material, or wear and tear caused by normal use of the material, are excluded from this guarantee.
Decreases in the functionality of the articles, due to limitations in their design, are also excluded from the coverage of this guarantee.
