About shipping and delivery

The price of the sofa includes shipping within mainland Spain, with the added convenience that unpacking and assembly of the sofa are included in the delivery. To calculate the cost to another area of Spain or another country, the complete shipping information must be included in the purchase process.

Before confirming the order, you must ensure that the sofa can be accessed through the different access points until it is placed in the chosen location. If the sofa does not fit into the house, KA International is not responsible for the return costs, with transportation costs and possible damages being borne by the customer.

If the home where the sofa is to be delivered has special characteristics or space limitations, the customer must provide this information previously to KA International so that it can quote the necessary resources.

The contracted shipping includes transport insurance to guarantee that your sofa arrives in perfect condition and within the estimated timeframe.
