Transportation and delivery:
Before ordering, please make sure that the furniture can be brought into the room through doors, corridors, stairs, elevator shafts, windows, etc. In the event that the furniture cannot be introduced, it must be done by crane and the expenses will be borne by the client.
Do not sign the delivery document without first checking the condition of the merchandise. Remove the packaging and check the quantity delivered and that it is not damaged. If you notice any damage or discrepancy, you must indicate this in writing on the same delivery document and, if possible, take a photograph. If you do not do so, you will lose the insurance coverage we have contracted, and we will not be liable for damages caused by transport.
